I have version 20110216. Will it work with MDcommander?

To update do I need to send it to you?

Can I PM you about future possibilities of using by permission to install MD in products for sale?

You'd better update to the latest firmware version.

No. Your version is newer that 20100516 so you can update it yourself.

Yes, please PM me.

It's right on the first page of this ("MegaDrum Hardware") subforum and it's sticky - Updating firmware with protected bootloader.

Now I am getting held up by step 4. I do not know how to locate a command window on a MAC. " Terminal "has an option to run a new command, and when i enter code command there i am held up in a window with one line of code with no options......

You either missed step 1 or you're not in a directory where you unzipped mdfwupdate (you have to cd to that directory).

mdfwupdate is a command line utility so you have to run Terminal first and the run mdfwupdate from there.
