Hello everyone!
I'm planing my own DIY edrum project at the moment and pretty much settled with the plan to buy a TD6V module ... until someone at www.drummerforum.de told be about the project megadrum. So far, I'm amazed!
There ist just one question left before I order: I want to buy a Roland VH11, is this hihat supported and does the module recognize the steps between open and close? (sorry for my bad english)

Most likely MegaDrum will work with it just fine but I cannot guarantee since I don't have Roland pedals. MegaDrum supports continuous control for HH pedals, i.e. with software supporting continuous control for HH pedals you will get all intermediate steps between open and close.

I'm not sure how different the VH-11 works but the FD8 works with the megadrum. Although I have to say I think I need to tweak some but I'm changing to an optical Hi-hat controller with Smartrigger hi-hats so not to worried about it haha. But with some tweaks I'm sure it would work perfect I just haven't messed with it much.

I have a VH-11, which i use with Megadrum. So yes it does work with Megadrum.
